Chris responded quickly to my text and tried helping me resolve the issue on my own. After trying a couple things, he figure out that I would need him to come do a repair. Chris of Roberts Pro Appliance came to our house to repair our dryer. He arrived on time and replaced the belt in no time. The dryer was not in warranty, but his charge was very reasonable. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Last year our microwave had ceased operating, and through Whirlpool’s warranty, we were put in touch with Roberts Pro Appliance. He came to our house promptly and repaired the microwave. We have had no problem with it ever since.
